The Köngen site has further potential thanks to its proximity to major roads (A8, 313), its green spaces and its location on the bank of the River Neckar. In addition to the existing industrial estate, which is currently home to well-known companies, plans are under way to develop new work/commercial facilities and attractive residential properties alongside the Neckar. With an area of approx. 40,000 m², this site has space for exciting new concepts.
